Our Design Processes

In pursuit of design excellence, we incorporate carefully conceived processes to ensure consistently high-quality creations.

In addition we utilise highly regarded industry recognised computer design software to produce and convey concepts to a high level of graphical quality.

Stage 1 - On-site Design Consultation/Client Brief

The first step in the design process is the on-site consultation.

During this consultation we like to discuss your design brief, requirements and budget.

It also allows us the opportunity to become familiar with your site conditions, and to discuss some initial design solutions before proceeding to the concept design stage.

Stage 2 – Concept Design

Based on the design brief and site assessment, we will further develop the design ideas and prepare a concept presentation of design solutions with plans, and a project cost estimate.

At this point any plans that are presented are not intended as working plans for construction.

Stage 3 – Construction Documentation & Specification

Once you are happy with the concept design you can engage us to prepare Construction Documentation or working plans.

The documentation set may include drawings covering: overall design, planting, construction, materials and finishes, drainage, sections, elevations, and a project specification.

Stage 4 – Contract Administration & Construction

Following completion of Stage 3, we can project manage the Contract Administration and construction of the project via our Professional Landscape Gardening Division.

All works are carried out under the supervision of Trade Qualified Horticulturalists and Landscape Gardeners.
